Living Room/kitchen - Has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, gas oven & hobs, electric grill and extractor fan, automatic washing machine. TV/Video/DVD/CD player, English DVD movies and music, music CDs, books, games, magazines.

Well-stocked newly fitted kitchen and open wood burning fire.  

Shower Room - Shower, toilet, washbasin, bathroom cabinet, shaver point. Luxurious marble tiling and antique brass quality fittings.

Notes on Prices

Prices are per week in pounds sterling, Euros and American Dollars. We are happy to deal in other currencies so please contact the owner if you require other currencies. An additional service charge of £40 €60 £75 April to October and £60 €90 $110 November to March covers; Bed linen, quilts, towels, tea towels, heating, water, gas, electricity, local welcome pack.

Changeover days are flexible but in July and August Saturday change over is preferred.
There is a returnable breakage deposit of £100 €145 $185 which is paid locally and will be returned on leaving if there is no major damages, small breakages are not charged.
